Builders You Can Rely On
For more than 35 years on the Kāpiti Coast the husband and wife team of Darren and Lisa Davis, Davis Building Group, have been the team people trust for quality, scale, and service.
Davis Building Group are now in the process of building Summerset Village Waikanae and Palmerston North. These are landmark projects growing from bare ground to hundreds of homes.
That experience sits alongside decades of residential work across the Kapiti Coast, Wellington, and Horowhenua, from architectural homes to group housing and full-contract developments.
We are a large manpower-based building company in Kāpiti, with a trusted network of sub contractors so we can manage your entire job – pricing, council, project management, and delivery. Our systems are proven on large-scale sites, which means accurate timelines and pricing for your home or development.
Whether it’s a high-spec new build, a private residential project, or a multi-stage development, you will get the same recipe – good people, smart systems, and workmanship we are proud to put our name to.
We will price it properly, manage it well, and build it right.
